My adventures building an RB67 Lensboard.
I've been using my RB67 lenses on my 4x5 Toyo Camera for a while now, I
am providing some hints, advice and pictures to help others do the same:
RB67 shutter firing sequence:
Here is the RB lens, just as it would be were it mounted on an RB body,
shutter and aperture are open for focusing and composing:

Note the pin circled in yellow, when depressed, it allows the shutter
cocking/release ring/pins to rotate.
now, rotating the pins clockwise, the shutter closes,

and finally with the pins fully clockwise, the aperture stops down to
the preselected aperture,
had the lens not been in mirror lock up mode, the shutter would have
also fired.

To cock the lens, simply rotate past the green dot and the pin locks
will catch, opening the shutter, cocking it and opening the aperture.
NEXT..... the lensboard itself
